We cannot accommodate same day pick ups or walk ins.  All orders MUST be placed online & your pick-up date must be coordinated by following the instructions below.

SHIPPING ORDERS

We ship all of our products via UPS Ground or Select Air services (depends which option you select at check out) to most of the 51 states.  We ask that all shipping orders be submitted 7 days in advance. All items are shipped frozen and include our insulated boxes with dry ice and ice packs to preserve freshness.  Items are NOT guaranteed to arrive frozen. 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our product, Raw Feeding Miami does NOT offer any refunds or exchanges once an item is purchased. You must purchase at your own risk.
